Refunds/Cancellations
We strive to provide all our customers with excellent customer service and a quality product. As our products require a lot of planning, time, stages and labour, we have a limited refund/cancellation policy.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
For the purpose of the refunds listed below, business days are Monday-Friday.

Online “add to cart” orders:
- Any orders for pickup/ship out in 3-4 business days cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Any orders cancelled 5 or 6 business days prior to the pickup/ship-out date will receive a 50% refund. So for instance, if you choose a delayed pickup/ship-out date of Friday December 16th, you would have to cancel your order on or before Friday December 9th.
- Any orders cancelled more than 7 business days prior to the pickup/ship-out date will receive a 100% refund. So for instance, if you choose a delayed pickup/ship-out date of Friday December 16th, you would have to cancel your order on or before Friday December 7th.
